Quality Assurance Supervisor

Full Time / 40 Hours per week

We are seeking a high energy and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team. This position is responsible for ensuring Quality Systems have been implemented, are being followed, and comply with applicable regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities of this position include:

•     Supervise the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems and activities.

•     Oversee generation and review of documents used in current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

•     Monitor audits of production and Quality Control areas.

•     Audit raw material vendors and prepare manufacturing documentation for updated filing.

•     Lead investigations and resolve potential product quality issues to improve efficiency.

•     Write and revise standard operating procedures.

•     Design and coordinate effective compliance training program.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in a cGMP environment with relevant Quality Assurance/Compliance functions. Previous supervisory or management experience required. Training experience a plus.
