B. Lynn Allen-Hoffmann, Ph.D. (Chairman of the Board)
Dr. Allen-Hoffmann is the Founder, CEO, President, Chief Science Officer and a Director of Stratatech. Dr. Allen-Hoffmann has been Professor of Pathology at the University of Wisconsin Medical School since 1988. She has held numerous leadership roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is internationally recognized for her research on human skin.

Joseph M. Davie, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Davie was Vice President of Research at Biogen, Inc. from 1993-2000. From 1987-1993, he was President for Research and Development at G.D. Searle & Company. Dr. Davie was trained as a pathologist and had a successful academic career at Washington University from 1972-1987, including service as head of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology from 1975-1987.

F. Michael Hoffmann, Ph.D.
Dr. Hoffmann is Professor of Oncology and Medical Genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Vice Chair of the Department of Oncology. He is the Program Leader for Experimental Therapeutics in the University of Wisconsin Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Benjamin Montgomery, M.D.
Dr. Montgomery is a surgeon with extensive business experience. Dr. Montgomery completed his residency and internship at the Mayo Clinic Rochester. He obtained his M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He has been involved with multiple early stage companies and has broad experience with business development.

Peter Strandwitz
Mr. Strandwitz is Chairman and Founder of MemoryLink. He is former Chairman, CEO and Founder of Plexus Corp., a leading public EMS company with revenues of $1 billion. Prior to founding Plexus in 1980, Mr. Strandwitz was the CEO of Sequence Corp., a high-tech holding company.
